Asset Requests: This submenu contains all the forms that any employee can fill out to request assets, as follows:

• Asset Disposal Requests
• Expense and Asset Adjustment Reports
• Asset Impairment or Improvement Reports
• Vehicle Trip and Fuel Consumption Reports

Asset Scheduling: Under the Asset Scheduling link, you can view the due dates for various transactions, such as custody dates, asset services (e.g., asset insurance and licensing), asset transfer dates, and decommissioning dates.

Asset Records: All approved requests are recorded in the asset records. These records contain all asset-related activities, such as:

• Asset Acquisition Record
• Asset Service Record
• Asset Custody and Use Record
• Asset Transfer Record
• Asset Physical Inventory Record
• Asset Disposal Record

Tools and Supplies: This feature includes everything related to managing tools and supplies, from the tool card to recording new purchases, tool transfers, tool custody, tool write-offs, and tool inventory.
