NGO PMR is an add-on module for the ODOO Community Edition V. 18. It is a project management and reporting for Non-Governmental Organizations, that need total flexibility in defining and documenting their projects, activities, and events, and need instant reporting and statistics on all actions and events documented in the system.

NGO PMR's power is in its reporting and monitoring functionality. You can define your own reports and indicators to keep track of them in real time. and you can print a readilly available full statistical report on multiple levels.

Cluster: Define Clusters of projects. for example Projects per Department, Projects by type of operation, Internal Projects, Administrative Projects, External Projects, or by funder thematic area or fund allocation, etc.

Project: Define project parameters and attach project documents, MoU, Funding Contract, Funding Proposal. Define the cluster to which the project belongs

Outcomes: Define Project Outcomes per project or for the whole Organization

Activities: Define the Activities that will be conducted under each project and the ones enumerated in the funding agreements

Action Planning: Plan each activity by breaking it to actions and events. Use Calendar View to easily plan the timing and length of you action. Assign coordinator and manager for each action. Convert planned action details into the action report

Project Reporting: Four types of reports: Quantitative, Qualitative, Narrative, Log Framework. Four levels of reporting: Cluster, Project, Outcome, Activity. For quantitative reports you can configure them by filtering and grouping data. The result will be the key performance indicators.

Statistical Reports: Automatic Statistical Reporting on everything in the database.
